This past weekend was awesome! It was the bf & I’s 8th year anniversary and it was fun! We got to watch The Avengers, which was amazing. I cannot even remember the last time we even seen a movie. Haha. We also had dinner at Ruth Chris, checked out the newly opened TJ MAXX, shopped almost every major mall and shopping center in HI and more. I enjoyed this past weekend enough to dread to go back to work today. Bleh. That’s life.

Can you believe that we are almost half way through the year? It’s definitely flying by. This weekend is the boyfriend and my 3988736432987324 year anniversary. I did already.” Such a empty threat. Haha.

I’m excited for Vegas in August! Definitely can’t wait. I already bought some stuff to wear. I know, why not just wait and buy stuff there. BLAH!

If you follow me on Twitter, then you know that I just got a promotion at work about two days ago. Because of this promotion, I’ll be hitting up Vegas again 3-4 days after I get back from my vacation. In total, I’ll be in Vegas for two weeks in August!

I’m thinking of driving to L.A. to shop at the fashion district and maybe sight see :X

I’m back! Here I am, a month later, with not much to update on. Haha.

I haven’t been shopping too much since I’ve been so busy trying to get my condo in order. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to work room-by-room. There’s one or two pieces missing in each room to call it complete.

My office needs a nice chair and foot rest/ottoman; The bedroom needs an entertainment station, a side table, night stands, headboard, and another chair with footrest/ottoman; The kitchen needs a dining table with chairs and bar stools for the kitchen counter; The living room needs a coffee table/big ottoman and some shelves; A table and chairs for the balcony.

Now that I think about it, it sounds like a lot more to go -______- damnit.

ANYWHO!

One of the best stress relievers that I had this past month was having dim sum with my old roomie, Jonelle. It was kind of a “it’s an end of an era” type of meal (does anyone know where that quote is from?! Haha). Don’t get me wrong, many more to come, but not as roommates :*( I miss her. Well.. More like I miss driving her crazy and vise-versa.

After dimsum we squeezed in a mini shopping trip (which was the first time I shopped this past month!! I’m so proud of myself)

How was everyones Mother’s Day?

I’ve been devastated for the past few days because my mother was admitted into the emergency room and then stayed at the hospital for almost a week. I stayed with her, made sure she didn’t feel alone since my dad can’t be with her 24/7 (he has important doctors appointments). I bought her a sweater from Nordstrom because I know she would be cold at the hospital. She doesn’t feel like taking pictures or seeing people nowadays so this is the only picture I have with her online.

I have an obsession with bows, like many girls. Especially in the blogging world (don’t try to deny it!). I almost D I E D when I saw this top at Eden in Love‘s 1st birthday bash I’m actually wearing it backwards. I thought it looked much better with the zipper in the front.

I love when you have the day off and do nothing all day. I’m off and I have to run important errands and clean / organize some things around. I only had to go the post office and the bank and that took an hour and a half. I live in town so the traffic and the drivers in town are stupid ridiculous or ridiculously stupid (or both).

So remember how I said that I was accident prone? I was looking through this set of pictures and I realized that I have a, “nip slip” in majority of the pictures. The shirt that I am wearing is very sheer so I wore a white cami and ladies, don’t be a tard like I am and wear a strapless bra and then take pictures. DUH. So how long was I walking around in public with my nip showing through my sheer white shirt?! HMM?! Stupidstupidstupid.

Yesterday was the release of the Nintendo 3DS and let me tell you, I had this thing reserved for months. I was very excited when it came out and yes I dorked out and went on a midnight release!

JKO and I got aqua blue and it is so beautiful. I love the Street Pass application that comes preinstalled so you can make random friends on the street. Haha.

We also have been looking for a bluray disc player or looking into our third PS3 for quite some time. I was ecstatic that we got one for free (well not really free, you have to earn the damn tickets) at D&B! I got to thank JKO’s friends for helping us achieve the 4000 tickets we needed to get that PS3.
