WALA! My new Stephen Sprouse leopard leather flats. You can’t really tell but there is some kind of iridescent coat over the leather. It has a bow, it’s leopard, and it’s shiny, what’s not to love?!?!

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE! What is everyone doing this weekend? Thank God I’m off. After working 55-60 hour weeks, I need the mini-vacay.

I had to save the best for last. Why? Just because. I’ve been deeply in love with dark midnight blues and cobalts. These were love at first sight. If you know me, you know that if I really love something I’ll buy them in different colors or slight differences.

This past week and a half I have gotten three pairs of flats, a pair from Rock & Republic, Sam Edelman and Prada. Of course, like many footwear, you have to break them in.

First on the review are these Sam Edelman’s that I have bought from Sak’s. They have a pretty solid shape so I had to go up half a size. They have these subtle quilted stitching with the gold studding which was really what caught my attention. The insoles are so comfortable that it doesn’t really need any breaking-in. Who doesn’t love the leopard insoles btw?

Second are these Rock & Republic studded flats that I had got from Hautelook (click on the link to get referred. It’s a great sample-sale website!). Besides the fact that it took almost three weeks to get them (I was in no rush to get them anyway), I was excited to see them. These are very similar to the Christian Louboutin’s that I always think about getting, but not quite there to pull the trigger on. I got it in a pale-greyish-rose color with hematite studs. They hurt like heck. By the end of the day (ha, who am I kidding? By the end of the hour), I had to change into more comfortable footwear. After the third time, they finally broken in and I love them to death! One of my friends (who shall not be named) even let me kick him with them on. Lol.

Last, but definitely not least, the Prada flats. I just had to jump on the opportunity of getting another pair. I mean, the pale-pinkish color just called out to me. I love them so much. Again, I have to thank Tiffany for showing me these.

Anyways.. This time around I knew better. They do stretch out so I went a size down. Which was a mistake, I should’ve went half a size down. I’m expecting it to stretch to get a better fit. But let me tell you, these things are the most comfortable things on earth, you don’t even need to break them in. Just put them on and go! Of course they come with the gorgeous puffer bow. The only thing that I dislike about this flat is the white sole. They get dirty so fast :\

Am I so crazy that I want to buy more of these in different colors?

Spring is a time for girly prints, bright colors… Just everything girly. I love being girly, but sometimes I have to add my little “edginess” to it. Hence, the spikes and skull rosary. I’m still going through my blazer obsession guys, so bare with me

Ever since I saw Tiffany wearing these on her iamstyle-ish.com, I knew that I had to have them. Of course, they were sold out at the Prada shop and I had the hardest time finding it or my size online. I frequent Tiffany’s website almost on a daily basis (kind of stalkerish, I know) and she had posted that they were back online on Nordstrom’s website about 3 pairs at a time. I waited and stalked that page and finally got a pair. I just have to thank Tiffany, she has such amazing style and she’s such a sweetheart, if you haven’t already got the hint (I linked her site every time I typed her name), you should go and visit her already. Her lookbook is amazing

Remember about my current blazer obsession? I found this amazing knit blazer with removable hoodie from A|X. Pictures soon, promise. I also wanted to do a line-up of “What’s in my make-up bag?” and explain how/why I use the products that I use (since a lot of people have been asking me online and in person). And March is almost here! Do I need to make a new wish/check list? EEK!

I actually got to play with my tripod today and it went ok for my first time. I think I would like a wireless controller to make things much easier.

I cannot tell you how long I’ve been looking for the perfect black bag. I mean, it’s not really black, but close enough. She’s navy blue on the inside and made of calf leather (my co-worker said “poor calf” followed by a sad face). She has a zipper pocket on the inside with two pockets behind that zipper pocket (I think I should take pictures of the inside). It also comes with a messenger strap so I killed two birds with one stone! I was looking for a black bag and a messenger bag. Now the only thing that is missing is an accessory. What do you guys think I should get? A bandeau or a bag charm?

This only happens once every blue moon because she likes to blame me for her spending so much money. It’s not my fault that she’s finding 10x more things when she’s with me than with someone else.

For me, I was more on a mission for flats. Since my job decided to not use any more uniforms (insert me jumping for joy just like Katherine Heigl)

I’ve decided to go all out. If you look at my FEBRUARY 2011 WANTS! post, you will see that I had those Prada bow flats that I wanted (or something similar) and I couldn’t find any that I completely loved. Instead I decided to find those Dr. Scholls fold out flats. On my way to finding those flats, I found these instead..

These Burberry flats are like wearing socks. They fit so comfortably and look so adorable on that they were a perfect fit for what I was looking for Oh and they fold too.

How many times have you switched your bag and always needed something that you left in the other bag? — It happens to me all the time. Especially with my vitamins, Aleve, hand sanitizer and hand lotion. So I told myself that it’s just easier if I just put a pack of all my necessities in each of my bags.

I found these awesome break-apart Hello Kitty and My Melody pill cases. I filled all of them and put them into each and every one of my bags. They are even small enough to put into my clutches.
