The past couple of weeks have flown by and I had to do some temporary life altering. It’s only for a few months though and I’ll be able to go back to my regular life. Don’t mind the cryptic! Lol.

Hey everyone! Sorry for the M.I.A. I’ve been extremely busy with work and other life stuff. I have been so busy that I haven’t been able to blog some of the stuff that I bought recently. Of course I still make time to shop. Again, follow me on Instagram to find out what I’ve been up to. I’ve been also doing some redecorating of my closet so hopefully I can get it done in about a month so I can have some pictures up

I have never owned a pair of Levi brand jeans before. I find myself to be quite a denim snob. I’ve come to the realization that I am tired of ripping my favorite jeans at work and decided to invest in some that would be easier to replace.

I think about all the jeans I’ve lost/ripped at work by running into corners or squatting and it makes me sad. RIP True Religion Disco pocket Big T’s, Frankie B gray jeggings, Frankie B moto jeggings, etc. I do miss you all and you are making it very difficult for me to replace.

My cousin told me to visit him at his job (Levis) and because the bf started getting into Levi’s I figured I’d try them out. I selected a few and they gave me awesome saggy crotch. Lol. My cousin recommended the Demi Curve Young Modern and I L.O.V.E. them. I bought them in light gray, black and dark denim and hope to add on to the collection

I’m not a legging girl. I’m all about denim and denim shorts. Pretty much denim everything. I invested in a couple of leggings to wear with my button downs. I hope this doesn’t lead me to buy more. EEK!

I finally felt like taking pictures today but the weather is terrible. It is raining cats and dogs right now. I did take some shots for IG though!

I remember, once upon a time, where I thought combat boots were for witches (blame it on one of my favorite Halloween movies, Hocus Pocus). I always thought that they were masculine and people would mistaken me to be in the military. Now I’m all about military looks. Camo, combat boots, olive green, love it all.

When I went to Vegas about a month or two ago, there was this amazing SA who helped me out at Steve Madden wearing these amaze boots. He said that they could barely hold them on the shelves (he was wearing women’s boots) and online was sold out. BUT ALAS! I found them.

I’m a sucker for any new gadgets. Yes I watched a brief hour or so on the Sony announcement; Yes, I read Geek Sugar on occasion; And yes, I’m a sucker consumer who knows that technology changes rapidly but wants to buy everything, lol.

Besides being a tech-dork, I’m a K-drama addict. I recently watched a drama called, “I Miss You“. On that drama, there are these amazing headsets that the villain wears that looked like a huge diamond on every ear.

I found them a few days ago :O They’re called “Diamond Tears” and they are made by Monster and designed by one of my favorite music directors in the world, JYP!! No wonder they’re so pretty -____-

The pictures really do not do them any justice. They come in two colors, white and black. I thought that I picked up the black ones that have more of a purple diamond shine, but nope.. I was fooled by the box and got the white one. Which is totally fine because it has more of a blue to turquoise iridescent-look. They look so pretty. They’re not just pretty, the sound quality is also amazing.

My company gave me a free pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD headsets last year and I have to say, the Diamond Tears are way better, hands down.

I compared these two headsets and there is a pretty huge gap in sound. I’m not a master of headsets or music, but I know what pleases my ears. The DT’s (Diamond Tears) give clear and crisp lyrics and isn’t heavy on the base like other Beats have I’ve had. Although, it doesn’t bother me. Where the Beats makes the lyrics sound muffled which is one of the huge differences.

Pro’s of the DT:
- Looks pretty
- Sound clarity
- Light weight for something that looks heavy
- The attention to design. There are also diamonds on random areas.
- It comes with two ear jacks so you can put the cord on any side and if someone else wants to listen with their headset, they can plug their cable into your headset.
- Made by JYP (I love that guy)

Con’s:
- You have to be willing to spend $300 for these
- The carrying case that comes with it is just a pouch. The Beat’s case is far better and I am using it for my DTs.
- It comes with a wipe cloth and special spray for you to keep your DT’s shiny. But what happens when you run out?! It doesn’t show on the box that you could buy more. It also means that its prone to finger prints.
- The white pair could get dirty quick (depending on the user).

This past week was my first (out of two) Vegas trips of 2013! More like I was forced to go The bf is working in and out of Vegas and he wanted me to visit. I can’t say no to someone who misses me! Heh

Because this trip was more for us getting to see each other, I decided to be a good girl and not splurge like my previous visit. I’m still paying for my previous visit! Lol. I decided to only shop at places that I cannot shop at in HI and I stuck to it.

Zara had a killer sale. I’m not the type to spend forever in a store but I was in there for quite some time. Picked up these pieces (and waiting for two more!)…

I’m all about the leather detailing right now. I bought a navy blue with leather trim blazer (not like you can tell that its navy), leather shoulder long sleeve and Steve Madden studded toe booties.

I found these amazing Trues that have a wax coating (me and my wax coating, I know) with gold glitter in the coating and F21 stitched crosses top.

Funny story. I bought a “Southern Belle” red velvet cupcake to go and the bf and I went to gamble a bit. I gave him ONE job, to watch my cupcake while I go to the bathroom. I come back, find him by the ATM and no cupcake. So I went, seen, and never tasted. I must be upset about it because I keep talking/mentioning it. Lol.

There are so many things to look forward to this year. Many people are making resolutions and plans, and I am one of them We’re 8 days in and so far, its looking pretty great.

12 days until my vacation and I’ll be freezing my ass off at Vegas! The forever-bf interviewed for a job a few weeks ago and its looking goooood. We also might move into a new townhouse (even though I love my condo to bits). Lots of things to come this year, and I will face it, head on!

Oh my! I guess my new years resolution would be to blog more often. I always remind myself and I have an alarm set on my phone, but I just bypass it. I should be more attentive.

Anywho! I’m wayyyy overdue for a Christmas blog. Haha. If anyone is curious, my holiday season was great. Then again, I usually make the best out of every situation. EVEN when half of my family doesn’t show up to Thanksgiving -____- Not like I was upset or anything.. Haha.

I’ve been wanting a beige belt for quite some time. I finally received one! On top of that, its reversible and the opposite side is purple

My first gold jacket. For about 4-5 years now, I’ve been wanting this jacket from Obey. They always came in the normal browns, blacks and greys but this season they had red and gold! Now all I need are those GMPs..

The bf already bought me a iPad Mini 64GB for my birthday and Christmas (oh the beauty in having your birthday so close to christmas) so I didn’t expect anything. This was definitely a surprise. He knows me better than I know myself.

Isn’t she a beauty? I’ve never owned anything from Swarvorski. I’ve had things with Swarvoski crystals in them, but not a whole piece. I was super excited and nervous at the same time so I only wear it on special occasions. I don’t want any crystals falling off

These amazing Jordan Bred 11′s! My cousin definitely hooked me up and I love him always for that. If you follow me on IG you would already know that I have these and already worn them 2 times since Christmas.

Another one of my highlights for this Christmas is that I updated some of the kitchen machinery! I’ve updated the microwave to a gorge stainless steel, got a waffle maker as a gift as well and a new stainless steel dish rack. I know it’s really small, but I love them <3

HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE!!! 2013 will be filled with more blogs. I promise! The bf’s NY resolution is for us to take a couple picture once a week. We barely take pictures so I guess that makes sense.
